Head Coach
Dale Bauer
With multiple years of coaching experience, Coach Bauer philosophy is rooted in old-school fundamentals and work ethic. He believes that elite player development starts with mastering the basics and building a foundation of resilience and integrity. Under his guidance, athletes don't just become better hockey players; they develop the character necessary to lead both on and off the ice.
